Building the Food Stand
In past years members of the church got together
on the Sunday before carnival to build our
church's food stand. This year the Frymoyers
had a self contained food stand built for
the church. They simply carried it in on
a trailer and used a fork lift to lower it
into place. Pete House did the electrical
wiring. The new stand has cabinets, a refrigerator
and small oven, and can be closed at night
so that most of the supplies can be left
in the stand. Below you can see the church
members constructing the old stand compared
to the new stand.
