Westminster

The first location of the Mifflintown Congregation was at the corner of North and Main St. The property was donated by John Harris in 1791. The congregation started with a log structure and then completed a stone church on the site in 1799. The stone church was torn down in 1838 and replaced with a brick church in 1839.

The current church is located at the corner of Lemon St. and Third St. across from the County Court House. This church was built in 1879. In 1955 the church built a Church School Annex. The building originally had a steeple, but this was destroyed by a hurricane in 1952. Only the belfry was replaced. Recently a new steeple was added.
