ST. PATRICK'S DAY DINNER
2001
St. Patrick's Day Dinner: In 2001 we were just starting to rebuild
after the fire that damaged the sanctuary,
and the women wanted a little more time to
prepare for their Valentines Dinner.
So they had a St. Patrick's Day Dinner instead.
The meal included Chicken Cordon Bleu, Green
Beans with Bacon Sauce, Mashed Potatoes,
Salad, and for traditionalists they offered
Corned Beef and Cabbage. Sue Watts
lead some St. Patrick's Day games.
And Kathi Keifer did a wonderful job decorating.
The committee responsible for the dinner
was: Wendy Hackenberger, Cheryl Booker,
Sue Watts, Kim Kratzer, Kathi Keifer, Norma
Frymoyer, and Jen Smith.
